The Property Physical Exam is a visual walk-through — not a licensed home inspection. We're not licensed home inspectors, and this isn't a substitute for a professional inspection, especially for buying or selling. We simply walk your property and tell you what we notice on the day we visit — the visible, accessible stuff. We can't see inside walls or promise we'll catch everything, and when it's time to bring in a licensed inspector or specialist, we'll tell you.

A Wellness Plan puts your home on a care schedule: we build a rolling maintenance calendar around your home's age and equipment (roof, AC, water heater and more), remind you when each item is due, and send our specialists to handle the visits. RE Rx House Calls was founded by Denay and Michael Bartuseck — equal partners in life and in business, and both nurse practitioners. It's built on the same principle that guides their care: people first, and a whole-person mentality. We don't just handle the problem in front of you — we look at the whole real estate and financial picture, diagnose carefully, and treat the root cause, not just the symptom.
House Calls is Michael's operation. He scopes the work, walks the properties, and runs the specialists who swing the hammers. A licensed Realtor since 2018 and an active investor, he has spent years buying, fixing, flipping, and leasing his own properties, learning renovation the way it actually gets learned: hands in the dirt, with his own money on the line. When a sub quotes a job, he knows what it should cost, because he's done the work himself.
He is also a nurse practitioner and exercise physiologist, and he brings the clinic to the job site: diagnose what is actually wrong, prioritize the root cause, and treat what matters, always with an eye on your whole real estate and financial picture. Turnover Team was his idea, born from a pain he and Denay live as owner-operators: every day a unit sits costs you.
He's also the author of Real Estate Rx: How Medical Professionals Build Wealth Through Real Estate, a practical framework for busy professionals who want to build wealth through real estate without it becoming a second full-time job.
